Lockers at all events :

lockers are with locker codes. If purchased in pre-sales you will receive an email from E-Lockers with all details just a few days before the event.
Lockers for FunHouse in WestWeelde can be purchased in pre-sales.
Lockers at Melkweg and Paradiso can be purchased in the event location.
If want to purchase a locker on the event you will need your mobile phone. Just scan the QR code which will be shown on posters. Follow the straightforward steps in your purchase procedure.

Hard Cups & Recycle Token

To reduce the plastic waste on FunHouse XL - Saturday & FunHouse Sunday Rave edition and Sunday Rapido Pride at Paradiso we will use so-called “hard-cups”; upon entrance at the event you will receive a “recycle token”; if you want to get rid of your used/empty hard-cup – please exchange the hard-cup at the bar again for the token ; with this token you can get a new cup when ordering your drinks.
lost your cup ? Lost your token ? At your new order you pay a 2,00 euro recycle supplement for your new hard-cup. The FIRST token is complimentary offered by Rapido Events - additional tokens will be charged by the venue - at a 2,00 euro charge - Keep an Eye on Your Token !

Food at FunHouse XL

On the Saturday edition we will have following food selection available for you : eastern style noodle salad (noodle, tofu, cumcumber,bell pepper,edame beans); vegetarian grilled sandwich (tosti cheese); falafel wrap; fruit salad, bananas, ice.

Payment options at the venue :

All venues are PIN ONLY : all European bankcards are accepted including all major creditcards VISA / MC / American Express

What should I not bring with me :

Poppers are not allowed and will be confiscated if found at the security check. Please take notice we do not tolerate drugs.
A pre rolled joint is not allowed although making your own joint is allowed.

We do have smoking areas – which are located outside all venues – but please take notice it is not allowed – by law – to sell cigarettes in club venues . So please bring your own.

Lost & Found at FunHouse XL

There will be an information-booth on the outdoors square and found items will be brought to this booth. When at home and you realize you lost some items please send an email to lostandfound@westergasterras.nl

Information booth at all events.

At the information booth you can find our lost&found; and there will be ear-plugs, Lolly Pops, Hand-Fans and free condoms.

Play – areas at the balcony levels

All locations have balconies and there you can find a play-zone. Please play responsible. Free Condoms and lube are widely available.

Please take notice the medical team is there for you and your friends; if you or a friend are in need of help – please let us know and please do so; we do not prejustice nor will take actions against you. If you need help – you will receive all our help.
