Brooklyn born, Los Angeles based DJ & Producer Eddie Martinez has immersed himself in the world of electronic music for over the last 15 years. Growing up and Inspired by New York’s underground club scene, Martinez began his DJ Career by playing in small lounges and bars across New York’s thriving nightlife scene. Martinez made his way to one of the east coast’s most popular summer destinations, Fire Island, where his DJ career really kicked off. Eddie started a residency at the legendary Pavilion Night Club at the age of 21. After a successful 3 year residency, Eddie begun a friendship as well as mentorship by Grammy Award Winner Peter Rauhofer and had become a resident dj at his infamous WORK! Parties in NYC. This opened him up to playing at massive major events as well as spinning alongside his mentor Rauhofer. With the success of Martinez’s growth this allowed him to become a resident DJ at Rauhofer’s infamous WORK Parties. Martinez took NYC by storm with his electric sets and remixes.
Continuing to wow audiences and crank out quality tunes throughout the years, Eddie Martinez has landed major gigs around the world while steadily building his catalog. Since then, Eddie’s eclectic style has allowed him to capture larger audiences everywhere he spins. being able to read the crowd and maintain their attention throughout their experience. When it comes to production, Eddie has a degree in audio engineering from the SAE institute of technology. He is constantly in the studio evolving his sound from Eddie’s first album the 2014 “Hybrid” LP that topped the iTunes electronic chart at #90out of 200, with singles like “One Love” and “Believe” that got him noticed around the world. Eddie’s second album “Foreplay” LP released in 2016 had peaked many interests and reached chart toppers around the globe in such countries as Australia & Europe including singles, “I Need U”, ” Show Me”, ” The Party!”. Martinez’s 2018 single ” Something About You” released by Tommy Boy Records charted in Australia & Japan. in 2019 Eddie released his latest 5 track EP “Digital Love” which reached #1 on Beatport’s big room charts and had been sitting in the top 10 across the big room, progressive house & house music charts. Martinez recently released his 4th album “Nocturnal Emissions” a moody salacious 8 track, story of fantasy and lust. featuring chart topping tracks such as “You & I”, ” “Give It” “Sickening” “Between You & Me”. Eddie had continually put out productions and remixes, such as ‘Serving It” which was released on the legendary Nervous Records. “The Way You Get” “Dance The Night Away” ” My Lovin” to name a few which have been setting dance floors across the globe aray.
